MFP no 1

Ricoh (Thailand) Company Limited has maintained its no.1 position in Thailand's laser copier-based MFP market for 14 consecutive years (2010–2023), according to the IDC Worldwide Quarterly Hardcopy Peripherals Tracker 2023Q4 report from International Data Corporation (IDC), a renowned global market data research and consulting company. This emphasizes the company's strength in product quality and its long-standing reputation for providing reliable after-sales support.

Having served Thai customers for over 50 years, Ricoh Thailand is a leading provider of integrated digital services and solutions from Japan. The company has transformed the way people work and live by making things easier. As the business world moves toward digitization, Ricoh has evolved from being an office printing devices manufacturer to a "digital service provider" who continues to introduce new digital technologies and services to assist our customers in navigating the flexible, quick, easy, and effective digital journey, allowing them to thrive in today’s ever-changing business landscape with confidence.

Ricoh introduces its multifunction products as “SMART” devices that go beyond being just simple copiers. The brand-new IM C Series not only provides greater productivity but also supports cloud and digital solutions and uses cutting-edge technology for improved security. The new MFP lineup is designed and developed with the awareness of the environmental impact of plastic use and carbon dioxide emissions in mind. In this new IM C Series, the mainframe is composed of more than 50% post-consumer recycled plastics, the PET toner bottles are made of 100% recycled plastics, and paper pulp molds are used in place of foam for package cushioning, allowing Ricoh to achieve the reduction of overall plastic use in the product.

Ricoh multifunction and printing devices come with a variety of energy consumption reduction features. Energy Save Mode helps reduce the device’s energy consumption when it is not in use for a pre-defined period. The toner requires a lower fusing temperature to achieve greater energy savings in the fusing process. Duplex printing is also selected as the default setting to reduce paper waste. Additionally, Eco Friendly Indicator on the device's Smart Operation Panel allows it to display to users the environmental effect of their print jobs. With the help of these environmental features, customers can go paperless much easier. These are only a few of Ricoh’s initiatives to pursue sustainability in line with SDGs and ESG guidelines, highlighting the company’s dedication to strive for a greener future and a better world.

To fully support the "Hybrid Workplace" environment, in addition to providing printing devices, Ricoh also offers comprehensive solutions and services which transform businesses into a new digital way of working. These include a wide range of offerings such as meeting room solutions, desk booking and visitor management, surveillance system, intelligent parking management system, digital signage, IT security system, and much more. This demonstrates Ricoh's commitment to creating a modern workplace and processes that will enable customers to overcome any challenge, both now and in the future.

In addition to the company's high-quality product and solutions, Ricoh's after-sales service is another strength that its customers can rely on. Ricoh Thailand offers customer service centers that cover all of Bangkok and its metropolitan areas, along with 7 service centers in upcountry provinces and 24 sub-service centers across the country. No matter where you are, Ricoh will be there for you.

With Ricoh, you can “Focus on Forward” to the future.
