Ricoh Thailand Celebrates 25th Anniversary with "Ricoh: A Legacy of 25 Years – Driving the Digital Future"

On February 6, 2025, Ricoh (Thailand) Co., Ltd. hosted the "Ricoh: A Legacy of 25 Years – Driving the Digital Future" at the Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok at Chao Phraya River. The event marked Ricoh’s 89th global anniversary and 25 years of operations in Thailand, celebrating its legacy and commitment to driving digital transformation.

The external event “Ricoh: A Legacy of 25 Years – Driving the Digital Future” organized by Ricoh focused on strengthening relationships with Ricoh’s customers and partners. The activities included knowledge-sharing sessions by guest speakers, exhibitions by Ricoh’s business partners, and booth visits throughout the day. Eight distinguished guest speakers were invited to speak on various topics including

1. Khun Rossukon Gonggate (Kru Ngor) – Human potential developer, Mindset expert, and communication inspiration speaker, shared insights on building Soft Skills, essential for effective teamwork. She emphasized the power of positive thinking in fostering happiness and success in the workplace with the topic: "Developing Soft Skills and Cultivating Positive Thinking for Organizational Work."
2. Khun Pornchai Chansuphasang – Director of ICT Media and Event Management, ARIP Public Company Limited. Amidst the rise of Soft Power in the global economy, Khun Pornchai, one of the key figures behind the "COMMART TECHXPRO" event, revealed strategies for leveraging digital technology to enhance the potential of Thai businesses, gain a competitive advantage, and expand opportunities in the global market under the topic "Using Technological Tools to Drive Soft Power and Stimulate the Economy."
3. Khun Pongsuk Hiranprueck (Nui Beartai) – Founder and CEO of Show Rai Keed Co., Ltd., and owner of the website and YouTube channel "Beartai." A renowned Thai tech content creator, Khun Nui discussed interesting trends in technology and AI, providing advice on how businesses and individuals should prepare to keep up and make the most of these technologies.
4. Dr.Sawit Kasuriya – Deputy Director of NECTEC, NSTDA. In the age of AI transforming the world, with ChatGPT and new AI technologies like Deepseek being significant catalysts, Dr. Sawit, an expert in AI and intelligent systems development, updated attendees on the latest AI trends, especially ChatGPT and rapidly advancing artificial intelligence models. He also predicted how AI would impact businesses, industries, and daily life and provided recommendations on how to implement AI for maximum benefit in organizations with the topic: "The Latest Trends in ChatGPT and AI, and the Emerging Future Trends."
5. Khun Phakapon Buraparat – DPS Master Trainer from Microsoft Thailand.
   In this session, Khun Phakapon introduced attendees to AI Copilot, an intelligent technology from Microsoft, which serves as a "digital assistant" or "personal secretary" that makes work easier and more efficient, especially for tasks requiring large amounts of data and high precision. He also introduced other AI tools that organizations can use to drive innovation and enhance competitiveness in the AI-driven era, under the topic: "Enhancing Innovation with Copilot and AI-powered Devices."
6. Khun Kasidis Satangmongkol – Data Analytics expert Founder and owner of Datarockie website and Facebook page.
   In an era where data is a business asset, Khun Kasidis guided attendees on how data can create a "competitive advantage." He provided strategies for organizations to use data to analyze customer behavior, forecast business trends, and make accurate decisions. He also discussed the crucial topic of "data security," which every organization must prioritize to protect sensitive information from cyber threats. The topic was: "Using Data Effectively to Strengthen Business in the Digital Era."
7. Dr. Preesan Rakwatin – Assistant Director of the Digital Application Promotion Group from depa.
   Digital innovations, such as AI, Cloud Computing, IoT, and Blockchain, play a crucial role in every industry. Dr. Preesan, one of Thailand's experts in digital policy and economic promotion, shared insights and experiences on the topic "The Role of Digital Innovation in Business," diving into how organizations can leverage these technologies to create "business opportunities" and enhance competitiveness, ensuring sustainable growth in the future.
8. Dr. Chanwit Boonchuay – President of the Artificial Intelligence Entrepreneurs Association of Thailand (AIEAT).
   AI is not just a tool; it is a game-changer in the business sector. Dr. Chanwit, an expert in AI and intelligent technologies, spoke about another aspect of this technology: "AI-Driven Disruption," or the transformation brought about by AI, and provided guidance on how businesses, organizations, and individuals should prepare to adapt. He also emphasized that AI is not a threat but a significant opportunity that can be used to improve efficiency and create competitive advantages.
