Joji Tokunaga recently visited Bangkok to meet with Ricoh Thailand employees
Joji Tokunaga, General Manager of Ricoh Asia Pacific and Latin America, was recently travelling to Bangkok and met Ricoh Thailand’s employees. The trip marked his first visit to Thailand since assuming the role as head of APAC/LA in April 2021.
During the trip, the high-level meeting was held. This meeting concerned about the expectation of Joji on RTH in FY22 and Julian Fryett, President of Ricoh Thailand also presented RTH FY22’s result in the month of April and May, the region’s refresh strategy and direction, FY22 goals, and the expectations on the new structure.
The Marketing Communications Teams is pleased to welcome Joji at the reception area with the new decoration in the theme of Focus on Forward. We show him our showroom where smart devices and sample of prints are displayed.
In his numerous interactions with the Marketing Communications staffs, Joji expresses his gratitude for all the effort and hard work carried out by Ricoh Thailand.
I have been few days spending in your leadership team and then I am very impressed about your business and results and the people. And I really enjoy the visit and hopefully to get back to see you more often in the future.
Visit to Ricoh Experience Center
He also visited the Ricoh Eco Learning Center (ELC) at Bangpla where we set up the place in order to share customers a necessary information about the environmental responsibility and how we could develop a sustainable society for our local communities. The ELC would walk you through key concepts in solving social issues through Ricoh's sustainable business operations and how the Central Refurbish Center (CRC) could help you further reduce your impact on the environment. Old machines were collected and refurbished in the CRC, making them as good as new for a second life. In this way, we reused existing resources and protect the environment by extending the product life cycle. These was just one of the ways we raise awareness and play our part in creating a sustainable environment.
On the last day, Joji also met the operations, salesperson, and service teams in Chonburi branch, one of the biggest regional centers. This would make him a clear understanding on the overall picture of branch management.
